We currently only provide delivery within Singapore, without order tracking service via Singapore Post Basic Mail. Please note that delivery may take longer during sale events.

Expected delivery lead time is 4 to 7 working days and might be affected by conditions such as shipping restrictions, payment authorization, online security checks and stock availability.

To view your order, sign in to your account and view Orders under My Account. Alternatively, if you have opted for guest checkout, you will still receive a tracking number in your shipment confirmation email.
